What is Golf Fit?
We invite you to our bespoke Clinic for a Prehab (preventative) appointment.
What does this involve?
An assessment of your golfing mechanics to check all is in working order.
Identify any imbalances or areas for development such as lower back, shoulders, elbows, hip or knee pain.
Create a bespoke treatment plan for you - a combination of hands on manual treatment and corrective exercise techniques.
We will also assess any past injuries, niggles or conditions which may affect your performance.

Give yourself a regular 'MOT' to preserve your body, so it is ready to take on every round of golf you want and not based on how your body feels.
It is super important to prepare the body - Our bodies need regular maintenance just like cars, in fact we need MORE!
Rehab - We serve clients in Clinic for Golfing injuries see these below and some suggested exercises to help:
- Lower back pain - Spinal rotations Level I, II & III, broomstick side bend
- Shoulder injuries - Broomstick walk backs, windowsill mobility exercise
- Golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis)
- Hip pain - Broomstick side bend, hip hiking with dumbbell
- Knee pain - Knee to wall variations
