Client of the Month: Sue Richards

Sue has been on a remarkable journey. Since falling over in December 2017 and fracturing her shoulder, she has been extremely persistent with her rehabilitation exercises.

The fracture was a significant one and upon healing, has changed the angle of the upper arm bone.

As a result, it has produced numbness and tingling in her hand, called carpal tunnel syndrome. Sue underwent surgery in November 2018 to help relieve this.

She's a very dedicated, determined and quite simply lovely lady to work with.

Sue you've come on leaps and bounds: you are back swim training five times per week, as well as doing yoga and aqua classes. Here's to a fantastic and productive 2019 for you.
