WildWood trail Series Epping Forest half marathon and 10k 2026!
Director and Lead Physiotherapist Sophie and the SV Team had a lovely time on Saturday 10th October at the WildWood trail Series Epping Forest half marathon and 10k.
A chilly, windy start - but that did not affect the atmosphere, it was buzzing the whole way through thanks to the Wildwood team. Heather on the mic was just brilliant at keeping the runners and spectators entertained and up to date with the finishers!
Sophie and Molly enjoyed serving runners for pre and post-race sports massages and chatting with members of the local community about muscle, joint, bone and nerve concerns, answering questions and sharing expert advice. Clinic manager Laura was also on hand to congratulate all of the wonderful runners at the finish line.🏁👏🏻
We can't wait for next year already!
