Turf Games 2025

SV Director and Lead Therapist Sophie and her "Red Hot Raeda" team had an epic time competing at this Summer's turf games in London on 21st June.
They were competing in the Everyday female category with a total of 136 teams and came 20th! Super cuffed with that considering the gruelling heat wave on the day!
Next year, they're stepping up a notch and will enter the Intermediate category - better start training now!
