Sophie had the pleasure of meeting St Clare's Hospice London and Brighton Marathon runners last week via zoom. Lead by Emma Broadbent and Danni Claire at the hospice.
We talked all things running related, in particular St Clare's Hospice 10k which is taking place this Sunday from the Hospice. If anyone is looking for a live 10k, dust of those trainers and lets get you back in action!!
