In a nutshell YES!

People often think we only serve sporty people, but our Therapists are highly trained and qualified to deal with all musculoskeletal issues and injuries, including desk based injuries and heavy lifting injuries.

(Musculoskeletal meaning muscle, joint, bone and nerve).


How?

We would educate this client into mobility exercises and find out which muscles are lacking strength, which are causing this client regular pain when they are sitting desk bound.


Is it due to posture?

Contrary to believe it isn’t all about poor posture. There’s often breathing mechanics that can be impaired as well.


Treatment going forwards…

This client would benefit from some hands on soft tissue release aswell. We love to show our clients some exercise they can do at the desk, in the toilet on a break or at home.
