Huge congratulations to our clients, Panos and Chris Kakoullis. This superfit father and son both competed in the 70.3 Port Macquarie Ironman in Australia on Sunday 6 May.
Panos had already qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in South Africa later this year; Chris was competing to qualify.
Chris finished in 05:00:49 and was sixth in his age group. As a result, he has qualified for South Africa.
Panos finished in 05:11:52 and was 15th in his age group.
They will be heading together to Nelson Mandela Bay on 1 September.
Sophie and Jess treat Panos and Chris on a regular basis with maintenance sports massages to aid their training and optimal recovery post events.
The next event for Panos is Ironman Boulder in Colorado on 10 June!
