HUUUGE congrats to our amazing client Alfie, who completed the very hilly Austin marathon @austinmarathon recently - with a 40 mins PB!! He completed it in 3:13 hrs - We're so proud of you!
Alfie was served recently in clinic by Reka for some maintenance to get his body ready for the marathon.
His next race is the Amsterdam marathon, where he is aiming for a sub 3 hours.
You got this Alfie and we are right behind you all the way!
