Emily had a super day serving at the Chasing Pumpkins Event for Haven House Children's Hospice last Saturday 28/10/23. The event in total has so far raised over £12,000, a number that is still rising from sponsorship, which is wonderful!
Based in Woodford, Haven House Children’s Hospice cares for seriously ill babies and children by creating a loving and warm environment for them and their families while they go through the toughest of times.
Naturally, there were some tired legs after a challenging trail through Epping Forest and some tough hills to climb, so SV Sports Therapy were on hand to provide some much needed sports massage treatment and injury advice to the runners after their respective events.
Each runner received a tailored massage treatment and we were able to answer any questions they had about anything sports therapy related.
