Maintain
We invite you to our bespoke Clinic for a Prehab (preventative) appointment.
What does this involve?
An assessment of your body mechanics to check all is in working order
Postural assessment to identify any imbalances or areas for development such as lower back, shoulders, hip or knee pain
We can create a bespoke treatment plan for you - a combination of hands on manual treatment and corrective exercise techniques
Advice on taping to support ongoing niggles
We will also assess any past injuries, niggles or conditions which may affect your running journey
Recovery/ Post treatments:
Rest!
Come and see us for a post-ultramarathon massage to aid recovery
We can give clients bespoke stretching exercises to action at home

Rehab
We serve clients in Clinic for running injuries and support for niggles. Once our Therapists have assessed and diagnosed the issue, they will devise a specific treatment plan tailored to you.

Knee injuries - ‘runner’s knee (patella pain), ITB syndrome, meniscal injuries, ligament injuries
Hip injuries - hip impingement, hip flexor tendinitis, hip bursitis
Muscle strains - hamstrings, calves, quads and hip flexors
Lower back pain - joint stiffness, disc injuries, sciatic pain, muscle weakness
