Come and enjoy the annual St Clare Hospice 10k in Hastingwood near Harlow on Sunday 5 April.
The SV team will be on hand providing pre and post race offering sports massage and taping, and injury advice for any aches, pains and niggles you may have.
We ask for a small donation with 100% going to St Clare Hospice.
This will be our 7th year supporting this amazing local race.
