SV Sports Therapy is delighted to support the Haven House Chasing Pumpkins Run on Sunday 27 October.
This is an official chip-timed trail run - 5k and 10k - that goes through Epping Forest and around Higham's Park Lake.
This is a perfect run for beginners or a test for those more experienced runners trying to beat their pb.
Our events team will be on hand to provide pre and post race sports massage, sports taping and sports injury advice.
All we ask for is a donation, with 100% raised going to Haven House.
