The SV Sports Therapy events team were at the Nuclear Races site in Kelvedon Hatch on 18 and 19 May, providing pre and post race sports massage, taping, and injury assessment and advice.
Annabel, Fleur, Gabi and Nicole led our events team across the two days, treating a wide range of injuries but mostly helping to relieve sore muscles.
With 11,000 racers over the two days, this year's Nuclear Rush course was tougher than ever, giving everyone a taste of what an OCR world qualifier course is like.
The course left everyone aching but in high spirits, including SV's Fleur, who raced on Saturday and then worked on Sunday! Go, Fleur!
