Sophie has recently returned from working in Phuket, Thailand. She was stationed for five weeks in December/ January at Tiger Muay Thai training camp, the largest Muay Thai camp in the world.
Sophie first visited the camp during her sabbatical in January 2017 and has since visited three more times.
She was delighted when she approached head coach, Shaun Kober, about the prospect of working with Tiger’s professional MMA and Muay Thai fighters and he said yes.
Sophie set up a pop-up sports injury clinic at Tiger for the five weeks she was there, helping some amazing male and female athletes.
