On Sunday 29 April, the SV events team attended RunThrough's Olympic Park 5k and 10k races.
The race involved a 2.5k loop where runners completed several loops to achieve their distance.
While it was chilly in the treatment tent, it was great weather for running with the rain holding off until we were packed up!
Although we managed to treat 30+ runners, we unfortunately had to turn away some runners so we could head out before the West Ham fans poured in for their afternoon kick off!
