On Saturday 21 April, the SV events team attended Warrior Adrenaline Race (WAR) in Hertfordshire.
Our team arrived at 07:30 and was on hand to provide pre-race sports taping and sports massage.
The first wave of runners set off at 9:00 and our team provided treatments until 15:00.
Post-race, there were a few ligament and muscular strains, but lots of happy faces!
The next WAR event is 15 September, with 5k, 10k and 20k waves. SV will be on hand all day.
