Each month we like to feature one of our clients as our client of the month. The criteria we use for this is quite simple in that it’s someone who we feel deserves recognition. It could be they had a very important competition that they did well in, or qualified for a county meet; it might be a client who has focused on their rehab, listened to the advice provided in clinic and in return has recovered from their injury; or it could be someone who has taken on, is working towards or has completed a major challenge!

A client fed up with his lack of mobility and flexibility. He did his exercises daily, joined classes and got back into golf!

December 2017
Mark has been very busy in 2017, taking part in the Great North Run, Berlin Marathon and two Costal Trail Series: the Gower Half Marathon and the Dorset Half Marathon.
