Jess suggested cupping for my shoulder injury, which was feeling very stiff and painful. After the first session I felt the benefits immediately. A lot of the pain had subsided and my shoulder joint was a lot easier to move.
After my second cupping session, I also felt the benefits straight away, with my shoulder again feeling almost 'back to normal'.
Although my shoulder problem has not gone away, I really feel that the cupping sessions are helping enormously.
