Chris from SV Sports Therapy was on hand at the Orion Harriers' clubhouse on Saturday 3 June for the first race in the prestigious Forest Five Series.
A total of 177 runners finished the race on Saturday with Orion Harriers' own Roger Maidment taking the first spot with a time of 27:30!
East London Runner’s Jennifer Ansell was first of the female finishers, coming in at 32:50!
Chris provided pre and post-race treatment and advice.
SV Sports Therapy will be attending the next two events in the Forest Five series on 1 July and 5 August.
