SV attends St Clare Hospice 10k

Thank you to St Clare Hospice for having us back again for their 10km race in Hastingwood, Essex.
Although it was warm, there was a great turnout of runners and spectators.
Members of the SV Sports Therapy team were on hand to offer pre and post-race treatments to the runners - with all donations going to St Clare's.
Well done to everyone involved!
