On Sunday 2 April, SV attended the first ever RunFest at Lee Valley. Jess and Chris were on hand to offer pre and post-race treatments.
The event included 10k and half marathon races, completed by a combined total of almost 800 runners. Staff and runners alike appeared to be in high spirits and it was wonderful to see both old and new faces throughout the event.
A special shout-out to SV client, Maxine Napal, and her fantastic running technique, courtesy of The Running School. Maxine had an amazing race and we are so proud of her! You go girl!
