A new therapist joins SV Sports Therapy: introducing Jessica Armstrong
It is with great pleasure that we'd like to introduce SV's new therapist, Jessica Armstrong.
Jessica joins us from Canada, where she graduated from York University with a BA in Kinesiology and Health Sciences in 2011.
In 2012, she was accepted into the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College, where she received high honours and was awarded a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences Degree in Athletic Therapy.
Jessica has been successful in helping individuals rehabilitate their injuries and return to their activities of daily living or chosen sport.
Some notable teams she has worked with include Canadian National Indoor Field Hockey, Ryerson University Football and Halton Regional Rugby.
My name is Jessica and I am thrilled to be joining the SV Sports Therapy team as I am starting a new adventure in the UK.
As a Canadian Certified Athletic Therapist, I have similar skills to a Sports Therapist.
I enjoy the challenge of meeting new clients and working with them to reach their goal. Whether it be recovering from injury or improving performance through late stage rehabilitation, I am confident that I can help people return to the sport or activities they love.
Please be sure to check out the website, give us a call or drop in to learn more about me or to discover how the SV team can help you!
