"I had the most incredible experience at Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within (UPW) Event. It was an intensive 4 day event at NEC Birmingham between 20-23rd July. When I say intensive, I mean intensive. 12,000 people live in person and 2,500 people on Zoom.The energy in the stadium was absolutely electric."
The first day was 0800-0100, 17 hours!
Day 2 - We walked on burning coal barefoot! Why? Because Tony and his Team are educating you how to take charge of your mind, your thoughts, your beliefs and to bring out the power inside you.
Day 3 - Is what they call 'transformation day'. To ask yourself your beliefs, what do you believe to be true, what is holding you back in life, what do you want to change and why do you want to change it. This may be your health, your finances, your relationships with your family and business.
Day 4 - Is all about creating your future plan and the importance of your health care and your external surroundings.
I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Corny to say, even 'Life Changing'. But only if you want it to be. Tony's favourite saying is 'take massive action', not just 'action', but 'massive action'. And 'Now.' It definitely adds momentum to your life!
I wanted to embark on this journey as I believe I have more potential to give to this World and to give to myself. I'm hungry. I want to live my authentic self and empower myself, my family, my clients. Health care is such a massive part of life. If you haven't got optimum health, what have you got?
So what now? Now, I need to work through what I learnt, what I wrote down and how I'm going to change and improve these parts of my life, health care and business I want to change. Gosh I'm excited! I'm going to be showing up for all of you. It is absolutely hard work. It is difficult and exhausting to ask yourself these difficult questions. But I truly respect how precious life is and I want to take control of the path rather than the path control me. So. Here goes......!
