What is Padel fit?
Being in the best shape you can be for Padel tournaments, or even just a friendly match between colleagues or friends!
What's the purpose of Prehab (maintain)?
To keep an athlete healthy, functional and performing well and to prevent injury or recurrence.
We'd love to invite you to our Clinic for a Prehab (preventative) assessment, designed specifically for Padel players of all levels.
Padel is a fast, explosive sport with frequent rotation, lateral movement, overhead shots and wrist-intensive strokes — we can help you to prepare for every angle.

What does a Padel fit assessment involve?
A full assessment of your padel movement mechanics, including court positioning, rotation and overhead actions
Identification of any imbalances or areas for improvement, such as:
Lower back
Shoulders
Elbows and wrists
Hips, knees and ankles
A bespoke treatment plan, combining hands-on manual therapy with corrective and performance-based exercises
Review of any previous injuries, niggles or ongoing conditions that may affect your padel performance

What's the purpose of Rehab?
To restore function after an injury or surgery and safely return the athlete to sport.
Padel injury support:
We regularly treat Padel-related injuries in clinic.
Below are some common issues we see and exercises we recommend, which you can also find on our YouTube channel:
Shoulder / rotator cuff injuries – Broomstick walk backs
Padel elbow (lateral epicondylitis) – Helpful advice and guidance
Achilles tendinopathy – Isometric calf holds (soleus & gastrocnemius, bilateral and single-leg)
Ankle sprains – Knee-to-wall mobility variations
Knee pain – Single-leg Poliquin and Peterson exercises
Hip pain – Broomstick side bends & Weighted hip hiking
Lower back pain – Broomstick side bends

Do you know the benefits of Sports Massage for Padel?
Maintenance Sports Massage is a MUST for Padel players.
Think of it as a regular MOT for your body — helping you stay match-ready.
Just like cars, our bodies need regular servicing — in fact we need MORE!
Padel places repetitive load through the shoulders, forearms, hips and calves.
Regular maintenance helps to:
Reduce muscle tightness and fatigue
Improve mobility and recovery
Lower the risk of injury
Keep your body performing consistently
Our goal is to keep you playing pain-free, stronger and for longer.
We recommend booking an initial consultation or assessment first. This allows our expert team to discuss your goals and/or identify the root cause of your issue, so we can tailor our treatment specifically to you.
Did you know we offer a FREE 15-minute consultation with our team?
