Do you know the benefits of Massage?
Maintenance Massage is a MUST for parents and nursery workers.
Think of it as a regular MOT for your body — helping you stay ready and alert for the actions you need to react to young children.
Just like cars, our bodies need regular servicing — in fact we need MORE!
Being a parent/ nursery worker places repetitive load through the back, shoulders, neck, hips and knees.
Regular maintenance helps to:
Reduce muscle tightness and fatigue
Improve mobility and recovery
Lower the risk of injury
Keep your body performing consistently
Our goal is to help keep you pain-free, feel stronger and be at your best to prevent injury.
We recommend booking an assessment first. This allows our expert team to discuss your goals and/or identify the root cause of your issue, so we can tailor our treatment specifically to you.
