Being part of SV Sports Therapy, I have been surrounded by people who are passionate about sports in various shapes and forms. Seeing so many of you going and achieving your sporting goals is inspiring. So much so, it has inspired me to pursue my own.
As many of you know, I am passionate about my sport of canoe slalom. With some incredible racing and training opportunities ahead of me in the coming months, I have made the difficult decision to leave SV to focus on these. All of which will contribute to my ultimate aim of making the British team.
My time with SV has been incredible. I cannot thank Sophie enough for welcoming me into the SV family, along with being so helpful and caring in my time with SV. I have grown so much as a sports therapist with the guidance of Sophie and the team.
I am so grateful to all my lovely clients. I have loved meeting you all and it has been an absolute pleasure to be able to help you both in clinic and at events. I wish you all the best for all your future endeavours.
If you ever happen to be passing whilst the rapids are running at Lee Valley, please stop to say hi, as this certainly is not goodbye!
