Shoulder Rehabilitation Exercises

Shoulder injuries and their rehabilitation can be incredibly frustrating as we do so much on a day-to-day basis that involves some sort of shoulder motion.


Shoulder injuries we commonly see here at SV Sports Therapy include rotator cuff tears, impingement, bursitis, and shoulder dislocations.


This post will cover the anatomy of the shoulder and some exercises that can help to strengthen the joint and reduce injury.

 

 

 

As you do all of the following exercises, imagine you are squeezing an egg between your shoulder blades. Don’t drop your egg!
