George started running for Orion Harriers when he was 10 years old, winning many cross country and track races.

He has run six of the last seven mini London marathons for Waltham Forest.

He ran at county level for Essex, qualifying for three inter counties championships and three Essex schools inter counties.

George won the under 20s category in the Hampton Court half marathon in 2017 and ran the London Marathon for the first time in April 2017.
