I am pleased to report all three of our clinics remain open and we look forward to treating you.
I would like to personally assure you that we have increased our hygiene procedures.
If you are feeling unwell and have an appointment booked, please contact us if you would like to reschedule. I am currently freezing our 24 hour cancellation policy, so no late cancellation appointment fee will be charged during this period.
Please use our hand sanitiser or wash your hands when you enter and leave our clinics.
Updated information regarding Loughton clinic
The main entrance door will be locked to minimise the number of parents entering the gym. The Casablanca staff will be meeting athletes at the gym entrance to escort them into the building.
Therefore when you come to our Loughton clinic, please wait outside the main entrance door, or in your car if it's raining, and we will come and get you at your appointment time.
Please allow 1 to 2 minutes for us to come down the stairs to greet you.
