I have been having sports therapy treatment from Nicole for my lower back and buttocks for around twelve months. After the initial consultation, where I explained about my aching and stiffness in my hips and back, Nicole recommended some deep tissue massage on my glutes, together with some regular stretching and strengthening exercises to help improve flexibility and strength in that area. Within a few weeks it had made a real difference. I am now able to exercise harder and no longer ache as much after circuit training. This also means my running has improved greatly, my Saturday parkrun PB has improved regularly especially after a Thursday massage. I would recommend Nicole to anyone who has similar issues.
