I worked with Sophie Vowden in 2011 - 2013 which was a crucial time in my development from a junior athlete to a Senior World Class athlete.
During this time, I would see Sophie for treatment at least two times a week and be treated in my living room to help with the busy lifestyle of being a student and athlete at the time.
I’ve now gone on to be come an Olympic Bronze Medallist and World Championship Silver Medallist and I believe Sophie’s world class treatment at that time allowed me to perform at not only my best but at an elite level.
