“I strongly recommend Sophie and would not hesitate going back to see her!” - C Lynch, competitive club runner

February 12, 2012

I contacted Sophie with a calf injury caused by running/playing tennis. The first part of my first visit was spent with Sophie carrying out a very thorough and comprehensive discussion and analysis of my training patterns, medical history, running gait, etc.

Sophie is a great listener, she has a lovely manner about her and she has recognised the importance of me being able to get back training asap. After a couple of visits Sophie advised me to start training but to build up slowly. She set me realistic targets, explained exactly what I needed to do and not to do and she made me feel like I was making progress.

Sophie contacted me in between visits to see how the injury was and at the end of my treatment she sent a follow up email a few weeks later to see how things were. These are both great touches, much appreciated and shows that Sophie treats her clients as individuals not just as another injured athlete!

I was so impressed with Sophie that I invited her to my office as part of a Health & Wellbeing Month I was managing. Several of my colleagues booked a consultation with Sophie and the feedback I received was fantastic.

I strongly recommend Sophie and would not hesitate going back to see her as and when the need arises – or perhaps even for a sports massage and a catch up when I am not injured.
